For over 30 years, Le Comptoir du Caviar has been metoculously sourcing and préparing premium fish roes and caviar from around the globe, as well as crafting its own signature recipes. In 2015, the Gardinier brothers, owners of a two Michelin-star establishment, acquired Le Comptoir du Caviar and infised the brand with fresh ernergy, aiming ti engage a new generation of food enthusiasts.
Le comptoir du Caviar hanpicks only the finest fish roe from around the globe. The trout roe comes from European ponds, carefully sourced from rainbow trout, while the Keta salmon roe, sourced from the Pacific Ocean, is known for its delicate flavour and perfect maturity.
